Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

 

Are you open to the public? 

Yes! We are open to anyone and everyone.

 

Do I need a resellers certificate? 

No. But you may want to look in to obtaining one if you are planning to resell!

 

I’ve just won an auction, how do I pick up my product(s)? 

Following completion of the auction, please message our Facebook page to schedule a time to pick up your pallet(s). All pallets will need to be picked up within 7 days of the auction’s completion.

 

After I’ve won an auction, how long do I have to pay?

All auctions must be paid for within 5 hours otherwise they will be sold to the runner-up.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final.

 

Do you only sell by the pallet? 

No, we also sell truckloads.

 

I'm looking to buy pallets, but I've never been to one of your sales, how does it work?  

Our in-person sale days vary depending on when the trucks arrive. We announce all of our sales on our Facebook Page where we will do a live video showing the pallets available for that sale. In the caption of the live video, there will be a Sign-In link. Click the link and fill out the form to Sign-In. This will determine the order of entry into the warehouse. Please arrive 15 minutes before the sale at which point we will announce the order.

Inside of the warehouse, each pallet is marked with a colored ticket and a white ticket. Pull the white ticket off of the pallet(s) you'd like to purchase and bring them to the cashier. After purchase, our team will help load your pallets.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Online: All major credit cards. In store: Cash and all major credit cards.
